HOW TO GET YOUR NEWSLETTERS

 

Use this link to log in and get your newsletters each month.

We will also email you each time a fresh newsletter is ready, just as a reminder. However, you don’t have to wait for this email to log in and get your newsletter.

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS – EMAIL NEWSLETTERS

 

Ready to Go Newsletters’ email service is offered in partnership with Vertical Response, the leader in email marketing.

The first thing you will need to do is for us to create an account with Vertical Response. There is no charge to do this, and 500 emails are included with your membership.

When you log in to the Ready to Go Newsletters site, follow the link that says “Click here to create your Vertical Response account”.

You will also need to send us your picture (your headshot) and your logo. I will insert these into your newsletter for you each month. You can upload these using the box on the website.

YOUR FIRST NEWSLETTER WILL BE READY WITHIN 24 HOURS.

When you log into your Vertical Response account each month, you will have access to your newsletter.

All the text on the newsletter can be edited, so to make your newsletter more effective, it would be wise to include some specific information relating to your service.

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS – PRINT NEWSLETTERS

 

To get your print newsletters, log into the website and hover over the Your Newsletters menu.

These newsletters are produced in Microsoft Word and Publisher, so they are quick and easy to edit. You can customize as much (or as little) as you wish. However, please take care to include your contact details where they are required.

You will need to change the following:

– On Page 1: change the details at the top of the page.
– On Page 4: change the details at the top of the page and also at the bottom of the page. You will notice there is a space at the bottom for you to add a picture, map or office logo.
– On Page: 1 (real estate , mortgage and insurance newsletters only): add your phone number in the shaded box that offers readers a free guide.
– On Page: 2: add your email address into the Quick Quiz.
– On Page 2: Add your contact details to the article next to the Quick Quiz.

That’s all you need to change.

However, I recommend you change more than that.

All the text on the newsletter can be edited, so to make your newsletter more effective, it would be wise to include some specific information relating to your service.

If you requested a custom header design, you will shortly receive an email with further instructions.

 

A QUICK REVIEW

 

Now, let me review everything that’s included for you as a member

1) For the print newsletter, all the newsletters you need, in Word and Publisher. Just download your newsletter to your computer, edit it and print it. For the email newsletter, a ready made newsletter  in the Ready to Go Newsletters/Vertical Response website.

2) The “bonus reports” which you can use to send to clients who ask for them. (You’ll notice one of these reports is mentioned in your newsletter each month.) Just go to the section marked “bonus reports” to download them.

3) Answers to the Quick Quiz and puzzle. These are available on the members site. Just hover over the Your Newsletters menu and click on Quiz and Puzzle Solutions.

4) A complete archive of articles, so you can replace any article in the newsletter you don’t like.

I will be adding more products to your membership in the months ahead.
